Estimate requests.
When you send the estimate form, your name, phone number or email, description, location choice and any photos are emailed to the workshop so we can reply. If you give an email address, you receive a confirmation copy. We use this information only to answer your request. The website does not keep form entries in its own database; our email delivery provider processes the message to deliver it.
Spam protection.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile processes technical information from your browser for that check.
Analytics.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the website is used, for example which pages people visit and whether they call or request an estimate. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized page interactions with form entries masked. These services use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as your browser and approximate location. You can limit this with your browser’s privacy settings.
Third-party services.
Video, map, eBay, social media and original coupon links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Opening these links may share technical request information with those services.
Website operation.
Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate the website. The website does not sell personal information or send marketing email.
