Don’t see your problem?
Text a photo of the item and the damage. We’ll tell you what can be done and give you a free estimate.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
Repair usually makes sense when the item is well made and the damage is limited to a part that can be replaced: a heel, a sole, a strap, a wheel or a zipper. Replacing makes more sense when the main material is failing everywhere, like a cracked suitcase shell or bonded leather peeling across the surface. A free estimate tells you which it is.
How much will my repair cost?
It depends on the item, its materials, the damage and the parts it needs. We don’t publish prices because two similar-looking repairs can be very different jobs. Send a photo for a free estimate, and we talk through the price before any work starts.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the repair and the parts it needs. Some small repairs can be done while you wait; call ahead. For everything else, we talk through the timing when we give you the estimate.
Can I send photos instead of coming in?
Yes. Text photos to (702) 622-0659 or use the estimate form on this website. A photo of the whole item and a close-up of the damage help most. We reply within 2 business days (Mon–Sat).
Can I mail it in from another state?
Yes. Send photos for a free estimate, then ship the item to the workshop. We inspect it and confirm the price before any work starts, and you pay by card over the phone before it is shipped back.
Will the repair look like the original?
We match materials and colors as closely as the item allows, and we tell you before we start if a part or a color can’t be matched exactly.
